The NAV of a unit is calculated by the following formula. It is the sum of the market value of the investments, receivables awaited by the company, income and the value of the assets. You should reduce the expenses, payables by the company and other liabilities from the above amount. The resulting value should be divided by the number of units. This is the value of one Net Asset Value.
