Pramerica Mutual Fund has launched a new scheme “Pramerica Treasury Advantage Fund”. This is an open ended debt scheme. The NFO was open on 01-06-2011 and it closed on 02-06-2011. The scheme re-opens for investment on 06-June-2011. The NFO price per unit for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.

Investment Objective:

The main investment objective of the scheme is to generate medium returns by investing in medium level of risk and high liquidity in a portfolio of investments which includes money market instruments and debt instruments.

There are two options for investing in this scheme

1. Dividend
2. Growth

The minimum application amount for investing in this scheme is Rs 5000. There is no entry and exit load charges for these investments.

Portfolio Allocation:

The fund invests around 65% to 100% of the amount in money market securities. These include corporate debts, government securities which have maturity options less than 550 days.
