This is a sector equity fund which is primarily engaged in investing in Pharma companies. This fund has invested mainly in pharma companies like “Cadilla Healthcare”, Dr.Reddys, Torrent Pharma, Pfizer etc. The portfolio split up is this fund has invested 82% of the assets in Pharmaceuticals and the rest in Healthcare sector.
The minimum investment amount for this fund is Rs 5000. There is no entry load for investing in this fund and there is no exit load if you redeem the fund after 1 year. In case if you redeem the fund before one year, then you get a exit load of 1%.
