The asset management company formed by the joint venture is “Baroda Pioneer Mutual Fund and Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Company Limited”.

- This is an open ended debt scheme that invests primarily in the bonds that are issued by the public sector units, securities that are issued by the government with varying yields and those are maturing.
- This fund primarily invests in the larger Public sector units in India.
